Before you sign up and download or use Best White Label Solutions’s downloadable product(s) for your own purposes, please make sure you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms. By using Best White Label Solutionsand/or other products, we assume you’ve accepted the terms of use given below.

We reserve the right to change and modify terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.

Product Delivery

All our free downloadable products are available for direct download after login. All paid downloadable products can be downloaded upon purchase. Paid products will be accessible for download after payment is received and verified. To process our payments we use PayPal, Stripe, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and all major credit cards. You must agree with their terms and conditions before paying for any of our products.

Your purchase information will be emailed to the email address. You need to open an account with our site to download any of our products (free or paid). There are some cases that your payment is not successfully done and then we have to review and process download information manually. So, delays can be as long as 1 hr up to 24hrs depending on the situation and extent of investigation required after a fraud alert has been activated.

Product Compatibility/Updates

All mobile apps are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of mobile OS. Best White Label Solutions Apps and softwares support the latest modern Apple or Android User Guideline.

Product updates are available to our paid users up to a certain period of time mentioned in the product description. But you can still use installed products (mobile apps) even when your support validity expires.

Modifications

Yes, you are allowed to modify any of our products according to your requirements. However, please note that before you modify, check documentation page and ask us on the forum if there is an easier and better way to achieve what you want to do.

Unauthorized/Illegal Uses

Best White Label Solutions members are responsible for all contents posted on forums and activity that occurs under their accounts.

We reserve the right of blocking your user account immediately if we know about such unacceptable behaviors.

If you create an account on the Best White Label Solutions website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account. You must immediately notify Best White Label Solutions of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

Theme Licensing and Usage

All of our Mobile Apps are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0.

Support

Once you have downloaded our product, you may contact us for support via forum and we will do our best to resolve your issue. We will try to provide a solution via the forum for smaller bug fixes, after which we will update the core product. Mobile Apps support is offered to customers via forum only. Support requests made by email, tweet, facebook comment or any other method in most cases will be redirected back to the forum.

If your support requires additional modification of the product then you have two options:

• Wait for further development of the product.
• Or hire an expert (we do not provide any customisation service).

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Best White Label Solutions. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Anti-fraud

Free downloads are available after signing in. However, all of our customer purchases can be pending for manual anti-fraud check up to review of payment system. You will receive a detailed email about your payment. Anti-fraud check occurs due to the growing number of fraudulent transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchases. Customer account can be suspended for manual anti-fraud check for 24 hours, also it can be suspended for a longer term for more investigations.

Price Changes

Best White Label Solutions reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any product (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Refunds

If the item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

• you don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it;
• the item did not meet your expectations;
• you simply change your mind;
• you bought an item by mistake;
• you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item;
• you ask for goodwill; or
• you can no longer access the item because it has been removed (we advise you to download items as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation).

Warranty

Best White Label Solutions products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Each of the Best White Label Solutions products are guaranteed to function correctly upon proper installation, activation and option configuration of the product in the latest stable OS version which app was dedicated to. Best White Label Solutions cannot and do not guarantee compatibility with any 3rd party dependencies – as there are simply too many apps to support. Please ensure that the products you use will work with the OS Systems as we cannot guarantee bestwhitelabelapps.com products will work with all OS.

In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

We are not licensed to provide stock images and certain true-type fonts (TTF) that might be used on any or all of the provided products. These require you own or purchase from their respective owners. The images/videos we show in the demo versions of our products are totally for demonstration purpose, you are not allowed to use them in production sites.

All members have access to the forums. bestwhitelabelapps.com does not commit to monitor the forums, but we reserve the rights to respond and answer the questions. Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice.
